Return Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 72 hours), we’ll process your exchange order, adhering to our shipping timelines.
Return Exclusions and Conditions:
Refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is processed.

Returns and Exchanges
Personalized or customized products cannot be returned for refund or exchange. Gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. All items, including ordered and complimentary items, must be returned in unused, unwrinkled, undamaged, and resellable condition with the packing slip. Shoes must be returned without scratches on the sole and upper. Leather 360 Leather reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet these criteria.
